How long do the beans last once the jar is opened?
Once opened, please keep the beans refrigerated and consume them within 3 to 5 days. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed to maintain freshness.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer standard shipping across the country, typically arriving within 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout, and we offer free delivery on orders over a certain value.
Can I recycle the packaging?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we pack our jars with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives broken, please email our support team with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately.
